Business and Organizations
You send us the garments
We do not sell blanks. You buy the shirts, the polos, the jackets, the hoodies, whatever you have chosen, and you send them to us. You keep control of the brand, the fit, and the price you paid.
Hats are the exception. We can supply those, at your cost.
There is a reason we work this way. You already know what your people will actually wear. A shop that sells you garments is choosing from what it stocks.

Send spares
This is the part most shops do not say out loud, so we will say it first.
An embroidery machine puts a needle through fabric several hundred times a minute. Most of the time it goes exactly as planned. Sometimes a garment puckers, or a hoop mark will not press out, or the machine finds a weak spot in the weave that nobody could see.
Send extra garments. If something goes wrong on a shirt, that shirt belongs to you, not to us, and we cannot replace it. With a spare in the box we keep going and you still get your count.
We would rather tell you that before you order than explain it after.
What we put on them

Your file is kept
Your logo is digitized once, and the stitch file is kept.
Hire four people next spring and their shirts match the ones your crew is wearing now. Same file, same thread, same placement. Not close. The same.
Every design is archived and used only for the organization it was made for.

What it costs
Uniform name tabs are $15 each. Anything with a logo or artwork is priced by stitch count, at $1.50 per 1,000 stitches, because that is what actually determines the time on the machine.
Bags are one-off work. We do not run them in batches, and we price each one for what it actually takes.
Send us the artwork and the garment count and you will get a real number, not a range.
